Work camp
Workcamps have a threefold aim: to provide welfare or developmental assistance to a community in need, and to allow participants the experience of helping in a team service project, and of learning about a different cultural heritage. These workcamps are carried out under the auspices of Education Development Association and in conjunction with Reledev Australia Limited - a not-for-profit NGA, accredited with AusAID.
Previous work camps
For many years, Drummond students have worked hard, and at their own expense, at work camps in the Pacific, South-east Asia, and inland Australia.
Check out these videos of recent camps to get a feel for the atmosphere at these projects that do so much good for others.
